Project Management

Chandlers Building Surveyors Ltd, based close to both Chesterfield and Sheffield, provide a full project management service for a variety of different types of building work.

Construction Monitoring

Chandlers Building Surveyors Ltd is experienced in acting in the construction monitoring role, where monthly valuations are prepared to enable development funds to be drawn down.

Construction monitoring often involves liaising with the developer at early stages of the project to ensure that all legislative requirements of CDM, Party Walls and statutory consents are met prior to funding being agreed.
